Brockville, Ontario Diving Conditions – July 8-10 2016

The Scuba News Canada will be featuring a weekly update from Matthew Lerpiniere on the diving conditions at Brockville, Ontario. Here is what it is in store for July 8-10.

For the upcoming weekend the Weather Network is forecasting thunderstorms for Saturday and the possibility of some rain for Sunday. The great thing about diving is 100 feet underwater it doesn’t matter if it is raining, and hey, maybe the weather folks are wrong.

Several boats will be operating on the river this weekend and there may be space available. Specifically, Tom Scott of Under Where Dive Charters has a boat that is yet to be filled on Saturday. He heads out of St Lawrence Park in Brockville. If you want to dive, give him a call on 613-349-7343.

There are not a lot of events in the communities along the St Lawrence this weekend, but there are always great restaurants and shops to visit in all the communities, when you are done your day of diving. Despite any possible rain we hope you enjoy your diving this weekend.

It has been very hot and continues to be through the weekend, so our tip for today is make sure you are staying well hydrated when you are out on the water.
