On September 30th, Richardson, Wimer and friend Brent Tompkins returned to the site and Wimer was able to photograph the mysterious ghost ship. Wimer described the small sailing vessel as being “the most intact shipwreck I have ever encountered”.

A very common diver treasure hunting tactic line is “oh, we’re searching for such and such wreck” when in fact they’re looking for the “treasure chest” from Swissair.
The emphasis will be on a complete restoration to the lighthouse, with staff and volunteers working from the original plans developed in 1913 and used for the 1983 reconstruction.
